PM Modi Distributes 51,000+ Appointment Letters at 20th Employment Mela, Tells Youth They Hold Key to Viksit Bharat Mission

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday virtually addressed the participants of the 20th Employment Mela, handing over appointment letters to over 51,000 job candidates who were selected through transparent and merit-based recruitment processes conducted by various Union ministries and departments.

Speaking to the newly appointed government employees, Prime Minister Modi congratulated them on their achievement and described their selection as a reflection of the hard work and determination they had put in. "You are joining the government at a time when the country is moving swiftly towards a very big goal," the Prime Minister told the appointees. "That goal is to build a developed India by 2047, and young people like you will play a very important role in that journey."

Modi further urged the new government employees to take decisions rooted in the spirit of national development and self-reliance. He emphasized that serving in the government means taking every decision that strengthens India's path toward becoming a self-sufficient and progressive nation. He acknowledged that reaching this milestone in their careers was the result of sustained effort and perseverance.
