Candidates applying for several key government recruitment examinations in 2026 have received a significant update as multiple conducting bodies released their admit cards within a short span of time. The most prominent among these is the UPSSSC Excise Constable recruitment, where the Uttarakhand state recruitment commission has published the call letters on its official website, upsssc.gov.in. This examination is a major hiring drive aimed at filling constable-level positions in the excise department across the state.
Alongside this, the UP Secondary Education Service Selection Commission (also known as UPSESC) released hall tickets for the TGT recruitment examination. The Trained Graduate Teacher post is one of the most sought-after teaching positions in Uttar Pradesh, attracting lakhs of applicants every year. Candidates who qualified after the written screening stage can now access their admit cards through the commission's portal at upessc.up.gov.in.
In a separate development, the Staff Selection Commission made available the admit cards for the Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Standard Test (PET/PST) scheduled for the SSC Central Police Organisation recruitment. These physical tests are conducted after the written examination and general merit list, and only candidates who clear the preceding stages are called for this round. The admit cards for the PET/PST can be downloaded from the SSC's official website.
Officials across all three commissions have urged candidates to carefully verify their name, roll number, photograph, examination centre allocation, and reporting time printed on the admit card. Any discrepancies must be reported to the respective commission immediately through the prescribed grievance channels. Candidates are also reminded to carry a valid photo identity proof alongside the admit card on the day of the examination, as entry will be denied without both documents.
