The SBNS100 Conference commemorates the centenary of the Society of British Neurosurgeons, which was founded in 1926 and has since become one of the oldest and most respected neurosurgical bodies in the world. Dr. Rao's work, which focuses on the cervico-vertebral junction (CVJ) — a critical and complex region where the skull meets the upper spine — has undergone rigorous peer review before being accepted for presentation.
