Citadines Pearl Hoi An has entered into a partnership with Trip Affiliates Network, an online platform that connects travel-related businesses with affiliate marketers worldwide. The deal, announced recently by both parties, will allow third-party travel websites, blogs, and digital marketers to promote stays at the property through tracked referral links.
The partnership is part of a growing trend in Vietnam's hospitality sector, where boutique apartments and mid-scale hotels are leaning on digital affiliate ecosystems rather than relying solely on traditional global distribution systems and OTAs. By joining a network focused on performance-based commissions, Citadines Pearl aims to attract travelers who discover Vietnam through content creators, niche travel sites, and comparison platforms rather than direct brand searches.
Trip Affiliates Network said the collaboration will give its partners access to exclusive marketing materials, competitive commission structures, and real-time booking tracking. In return, the network expects increased referral traffic to flow through its members' channels. Both sides did not disclose financial terms or the exact duration of the agreement.
Hoi An remains one of Central Vietnam's most visited destinations, drawing international tourists with its well-preserved ancient town, lantern-lit streets, and nearby beaches. Demand for serviced apartments has risen in recent years as longer-stay travelers, remote workers, and families look for hotel-like amenities combined with kitchen facilities. Citadines Pearl, located along the Hoai River, is positioned to benefit from that shift by improving its digital visibility through a wider affiliate network.
Industry observers say partnerships like this reflect how mid-tier hospitality brands in emerging tourism markets are competing for global attention without large advertising budgets. Affiliate marketing provides a measurable way to acquire customers while paying only when a booking is completed. If the arrangement delivers steady referral volume, it could serve as a model for other properties in Central Vietnam seeking to diversify their booking sources beyond conventional channels.
