All eligible candidates who applied through the board's online application portal are now required to download their respective hall tickets using the direct link published on the WBSSC official website at wbssc.wb.gov.in. The admit cards contain crucial details such as the candidate's name, roll number, exam center allocation, reporting time, and other essential instructions that candidates must follow on the day of the examination.
Candidates are advised to carefully verify all information printed on their admit cards. In case any discrepancy is found — whether in personal details, photo, signature, or exam center assignment — they should immediately contact the WBSSC helpdesk with supporting documents. The board has warned that no last-minute changes will be entertained once the examination schedule is underway.
The recruitment drive under which these exams are being conducted aims to fill several vacant positions across various departments of the West Bengal state government. Group C posts typically include roles such as clerk, data entry operator, assistant, and other intermediate-level administrative positions, while Group D encompasses multi-tasking staff and other support roles at the entry level.
Authorities have reminded candidates that only those with a valid, original admit card along with an approved photo identity document will be allowed entry into the examination hall. Photocopies or digital prints of the admit card will not be accepted unless explicitly authorized by the commission.
