The West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has officially announced the WBPSC Clerkship Recruitment 2025, opening the doors for thousands of job aspirants across the state. The notification, released on the commission's official website wbpsc.gov.in, invites eligible candidates to apply for clerical posts under various departments of the West Bengal state government.
As per the notification, the recruitment will be conducted through a written examination followed by document verification. The WBPSC Clerkship exam is one of the most sought-after government job opportunities in West Bengal, attracting lakhs of applicants every year due to the stability and benefits associated with state government clerical positions.
The eligibility criteria require candidates to have passed the higher secondary examination or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university. Indian nationals aged between 18 and 38 years as per the prescribed age relaxation criteria are eligible to apply. Age relaxations applicable to reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, and differently-abled candidates will follow the norms set by the West Bengal government.
The application process is entirely online.
