HYDERABAD: The Telangana government is preparing for a significant employment push, with plans to fill approximately 10,000 vacancies across multiple departments and sectors in the coming months. Sources close to the administration confirmed that a detailed roadmap for the recruitment drive is currently being finalised by officials in the state cabinet secretariat.
The announcement has generated considerable enthusiasm among job seekers across the state, particularly among youth from rural and semi-urban areas who have been waiting for opportunities in the public sector. The government intends to conduct the recruitment process through transparent and merit-based selection procedures, in line with state reservation policies.
While specific departmental breakdowns have not yet been officially released, insiders suggest that categories likely to see the highest number of openings include education, healthcare, police and paramilitary forces, and various subordinate service groups.
