The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the admit cards for the Selection Post Phase XIV recruitment examination 2026. The announcement was made on the official SSC portal, and candidates who applied for various Group C and Group B posts are now able to access their hall tickets.
The exam dates have been finalised and published alongside the admit cards. The written examination will be conducted in desktop typing tests, computer-based tests, and skill-based assessments, depending on the post applied for. The test centres have been assigned based on the candidate's preference and availability, with multiple cities across India included in the examination grid.
Candidates must download their admit cards using their registration number and date of birth. Thehall ticket contains essential details such as the candidate's name, photograph, signature, exam date, reporting time, centre address, and important instructions. Candidates are strongly advised to carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid identity proof on the day of the examination. A photograph ID proof, such as an Aadhaar card, voter ID, or PAN card, is mandatory for entry into the exam hall.
The Selection Post Phase XIV notification had earlier been released by SSC for filling vacancies in various ministries, departments, and organisations under the Government of India. The posts covered include Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Clerk, Data Entry Operator (DEO), and other supportive administrative roles. Thousands of vacancies were advertised across different zones and categories.
SSC has repeatedly reminded candidates that possessing the admit card is a compulsory prerequisite for entering the examination venue. The commission also clarified that any discrepancies in personal details mentioned on the admit card must be reported immediately to the nodal officer through the grievance portal. Late submissions may not be entertained once the examination process commences.
Candidates appearing for this phase are expected to compete against lakhs of applicants nationwide, making it one of the most highly anticipated recruitment drives conducted by the commission in recent years.
