The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has officially released a fresh notification for the Sub-Inspector (SI) re-examination under the 2021 recruitment cycle, enabling candidates who were affected by previous delays or cancellation issues to apply online.

According to the commission's latest update, the online application portal will open on May 16, 2025, at the official website rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. Candidates seeking to appear for the re-exam must register themselves through the portal within the prescribed timeline, failing which they will be unable to take part in the examination process.

The re-examination was necessitated after widespread concerns were raised by aspirants regarding irregularities and postponements associated with the earlier rounds of the SI recruitment drive. The RPSC had previously faced criticism over the inconsistent scheduling of exams and the prolonged waiting period experienced by thousands of candidates who had prepared extensively for the selection process.

Under this recruitment drive, the RPSC aims to fill vacant positions of Sub-Inspectors across various departments in the Rajasthan Police force. The selection process typically involves a written examination followed by a physical efficiency test and medical examination for shortlisted candidates.

Interested and eligible candidates are advised to visit the official RPSC website regularly for updates regarding admit card release dates, exam centre allocations, and other important notices related to the re-exam. The commission has also stated that detailed instructions regarding eligibility criteria, application fees, and document verification procedures will be shared along with the official notification PDF available for download on the portal.
