According to the official notification, a total of 746 Sub-Inspector positions have been announced under the Rajasthan Police Sub-Inspector Recruitment 2025 cycle. The vacancies are divided between General Duty and Female branches, with separate merit lists to be prepared for each category. The exact seat allocation against each community category and reserved post type has been published on the official Rajasthan Police recruitment portal, allowing candidates to plan their applications with full transparency.
Eligibility criteria mandate that applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognised university to qualify for the examination. The upper age limit has been set at 29 years for general category candidates, with age relaxations of up to five years for Other Backward Classes, three years for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, and additional concessions for ex-servicemen and physically challenged applicants as per prevailing state government norms.
