The Rajasthan government has officially released a new recruitment notification under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) for the year 2025. The notification announces a total of 2,600 vacant positions across various districts of the state, marking one of the largest rural employment drives undertaken by Rajasthan this year.
Under MGNREGA, the central government guarantees 100 days of wage employment per year to every rural household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work. The recruitment notification covers a range of roles including Field Supervisors, Data Entry Operators, Store Keepers, Helpers, and various supervisory positions that are essential for the smooth implementation of the scheme across rural Rajasthan.
Officials stated that the recruitment drive aims to strengthen the implementation machinery of MGNREGA at the ground level. With increasing demand for employment in rural areas, the state government emphasized that filling these positions promptly will help ensure timely wage disbursements and better monitoring of worksites.

Applicants are expected to apply through the official online portal designated by the Rajasthan Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department.
