Thousands of job seekers across India are set to benefit from a large-scale recruitment drive that has brought together three major public-sector employers — Indian Railways, the Madhya Pradesh state government, and the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL). The combined notification covers more than 13,000 vacancies across a range of categories, primarily targeting candidates who have completed their 10th standard, 12th standard, or an ITI certification.
Indian Railways continues to be one of the largest recruiters in the country, and this latest push is expected to include posts such as junior clerks, track maintainers, commercial assistants, and various technical and non-technical roles. Candidates with 10th and 12th passes are typically eligible for Group D and Group C positions, while ITI holders can apply for tradesman and technical assistant posts.
The Madhya Pradesh government has also released notifications through its state-level recruitment bodies, including the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) and department-specific boards. These vacancies span teaching辅iliary posts, police constable roles, staff nurse positions, and administrative clerkships — all aimed at youth across the state who hold 10th or 12th-grade qualifications.
NPCIL, a government-owned nuclear energy enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy, is recruiting for operator trainee, technician, and multi-tasking staff positions. While some NPCIL roles require engineering degrees, a significant number of openings are reserved for ITI and 10th-pass candidates for supervisory and support roles.
Experts note that the simultaneous release of notifications by three major employers reduces the burden on aspirants who otherwise have to appear for separate exams across different cycles. Career counsellors recommend that candidates apply to all suitable notifications to maximise their chances of selection. Application portals for each organization are expected to remain open for several weeks, with selection processes likely to include computer-based tests, document verification, and medical examinations depending on the post.
