The Punjab Subordinate Service Selection Board (PSSSB) has officially released the admit card for the Assistant District Attorney (ADA) examination 2026. Aspirants who had registered for the competitive recruitment drive can now access and download their hall tickets from the board's official portal at sssb.punjab.gov.in.
The ADA position is a prestigious legal appointment under the Punjab government, and candidates are required to possess a valid law degree along with meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria set by the board. The recruitments are conducted to fill vacancies across various districts in the state, where Assistant District Attorneys assist the State Public Prosecutor's office in legal proceedings and provide legal guidance to government departments.
Successful candidates will undergo a written examination followed by document verification as part of the selection process. The admit card contains crucial details including the candidate's name, roll number, examination centre allocation, reporting time, and the complete address of the test venue. Candidates are advised to carry a printout of the admit card along with a valid photo identity proof on the day of the examination.
The board has urged all candidates to carefully verify the information printed on their hall tickets before appearing for the exam. Any discrepancy in personal details or examination centre information should be reported to the board authorities immediately through the official grievance channel. Candidates are also reminded that no extra margin is provided for corrections after the admit card is downloaded.
This recruitment cycle has witnessed a large number of applications from law graduates across Punjab and other states, reflecting the growing interest in government legal employment opportunities. The board is expected to announce the final result and merit list shortly after the completion of the examination process.
