The notification was made available on the official website at erd.punjab.gov.in, marking a key milestone for thousands of aspirants who had applied for teaching positions across government colleges in the state.
The Lecturer Cadre recruitment is one of the most competitive examinations conducted by the Punjab state government, drawing lakhs of applicants each cycle for relatively fewer posts. The recruitment process typically covers multiple disciplines including arts, science, commerce, and vocational subjects. Candidates selected through this examination are appointed as lecturers in various government degree colleges operating under the Directorate of Higher Education, Punjab.
