The Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC) has officially released the admit cards for the Lower Division Assistant (LDA) recruitment examination for the year 2026. The hall tickets are now available for download on the commission's official website at mpsc.meghalaya.gov.in.

The examination is scheduled to be held on August 22, 2026, and candidates who have applied for the LDA posts must carry their printed admit cards along with a valid photo identity proof to the exam centre. Without these documents, candidates will not be permitted to enter the examination hall.

The LDA recruitment under MPSC is one of the most sought-after government job opportunities in the northeastern state of Meghalaya, attracting thousands of applicants from across the region. The commission had previously announced the notification for this recruitment cycle, inviting eligible candidates to apply online. The selection process typically includes a written examination followed by document verification.

Candidates are advised to carefully check all details mentioned on their admit cards, including their name, exam centre allocation, date, and reporting time. In case of any discrepancy, candidates are requested to contact the commission immediately through the helpline or email ID provided on the official website.

The MPSC has also reminded candidates that the admit card is available only for those who have successfully completed their online application and payment process. Candidates who applied but whose applications were rejected or found incomplete will not be able to generate their hall tickets.

Exam centres have been set up at various locations across Meghalaya to accommodate the large number of appearants. Candidates should plan their travel to the allotted centre well in advance and reach the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled reporting time.
