Recruitment fever is sweeping across Madhya Pradesh as the state's primary selection body, the Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB), has opened fresh applications for multiple government vacancies spanning revenue, healthcare, and childcare sectors. The notifications have generated significant buzz among job seekers, with thousands of posts being filled across different departments.

The most discussed notification is for the post of Patwari — a key revenue-field position responsible for maintaining land records and related documentation at the village level. MPESB has advertised 200 Patwari vacancies, and candidates can submit their applications through the official portal at esb.mp.gov.in. The closing date for Patwari applications is today, making it a critical deadline for eligible aspirants who wish to secure a government revenue post in the state.

Alongside the Patwari drive, MPESB has also floated a major recruitment notification for Hospital Assistant positions, advertising 1,200 vacancies. Hospital Assistants play a frontline role in district and primary health centres across Madhya Pradesh, supporting medical staff in diagnostic and patient-care operations. Applicants are encouraged to apply through the same MPESB portal before the deadline expires.

In another large-scale push, the board has opened applications for 2,548 Anganwadi Worker and Helper posts. Anganwadi centres form the backbone of India's early-childhood care and nutrition programme under the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) scheme, and these vacancies will directly strengthen delivery of services at the grassroots level across rural and semi-urban Madhya Pradesh.

All three notifications share an urgency — their final application dates fall on the same day, compelling candidates to act quickly. Employment experts note that such simultaneous recruitment drives by MPESB reflect the state government's broader effort to strengthen public-service staffing across critical departments. Candidates from all eligible categories are advised to visit esb.mp.gov.in promptly to complete their forms and avoid missing the deadline.
