The Madhya Pradesh Establishment Service Board (MPESB) has announced that the application deadline for two significant recruitment drives is drawing to a close, with today marking the last day for candidates to register online. The first drive invites applications for 7,500 Police Constable positions across various districts in Madhya Pradesh, while a separate notification calls for candidates to apply for 753 paramedical vacancies in government healthcare facilities throughout the state.
Both recruitment processes can be completed through the official MPESB portal at esb.mp.gov.in. Candidates are required to fill out the online application form, upload the necessary documents, and pay the prescribed application fee before the portal shuts down for the current cycle. Officials have reminded aspirants to be particularly careful with the final submissions, as no fresh applications or corrections will typically be accepted after the deadline expires.
The Police Constable recruitment is one of the largest state-level hiring exercises in Madhya Pradesh in recent years. The positions span across multiple districts, and successful candidates will undergo a selection process that generally includes a written examination, physical efficiency test, and document verification. Candidates interested in this drive are encouraged to verify their eligibility criteria — including age limits, educational qualifications, and physical standards — on the official website before submitting their applications.
The paramedical recruitment, meanwhile, covers positions such as lab technicians, radiographers, pharmacists, nursing aides, and other allied health professionals needed at government hospitals and health centres across the state. These roles are critical in strengthening healthcare delivery in rural and urban areas under the state's public health system. Candidates with relevant diplomas or degrees in paramedical sciences are eligible to apply.
Recruitment experts note that deadlines for major government exams often see a surge in applications on the last day, which can lead to technical glitches or server overload on the portal. MPESB has historically advised candidates to submit their forms well in advance rather than waiting until the final hours. However, with today being the last day, thousands of applicants are expected to log in and complete their registration.
The board has also emphasized that all information filled in the application form must be accurate and genuine. Any discrepancy discovered later — whether in age, educational qualification, or category — can lead to disqualification even after the selection process is complete. Candidates are advised to keep scanned copies of their photographs, signatures, educational certificates, caste certificates, and other relevant documents ready before beginning the application process.
