A major recruitment drive is currently underway across India as three significant organizations — Indian Railways, the Madhya Pradesh state government, and the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) — have simultaneously announced thousands of open positions for candidates holding 10th standard, 12th standard, and Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certifications.
Indian Railways, the country's largest employer, continues its aggressive hiring push with multiple recruitment notifications released through its dedicated portal, railwayrecruitment.gov.in. The notifications cover a wide spectrum of group B and group C posts including commercial assistant, junior clerk, track keeper, mate, and various technical trades where ITI certification is accepted. Vacancies span across multiple railway zones nationwide, with application windows still active for most of these recruitments.
Simultaneously, the Madhya Pradesh state government has opened recruitment processes through the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) for numerous posts under departments such as education, health, police, and administrative services. These positions target candidates at different educational levels, with many posts open exclusively to 10th or 12th pass individuals, while others accept ITI diploma holders for technical and supportive roles.
NPCIL, a flagship enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy, has also floated notifications for various operational, technical, and support positions. While some NPCIL roles require engineering degrees, several posts are open to ITI-pass candidates and diploma holders for technician-level positions in nuclear facilities across the country.
Career experts note that the convergence of these large-scale recruitments presents a rare opportunity for youth from rural and semi-urban backgrounds who may not hold university degrees. Combined applications for all three organizations exceed 13,000 vacancies, making it one of the most significant recruitment windows of the year. Candidates are advised to check official websites regularly for updated notification details, eligibility criteria, application deadlines, and examination schedules.
