The Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) Delhi Region has officially released its interview schedule for candidates who have cleared the initial screening process for various vacant positions. The recruitment drive covers Posts of PRT (Primary Teacher), TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher), and CT (Computer Technician) under the KV Delhi Region administrative umbrella.
Interviews are being held at multiple centers spread across the national capital. The Vikaspuri centre is one of the primary venues hosting candidates, while the Dwarka and Rohini centres will also facilitate the selection process. Additional interview locations across Delhi have been designated to accommodate the large number of applicants.
Candidates who successfully qualified the written examination or merit-based shortlisting are now required to report for personal interviews with their original documents and certificates. The interview process forms the final stage of the recruitment, where panel members assess candidates on teaching aptitude, subject knowledge, communication skills, and general awareness.
The KV system, functioning under the Ministry of Education, government of India, operates hundreds of schools across the country. Recruitment through this system is conducted in phases, with the Delhi region typically seeing significant candidate participation due to the competitive nature of the posts. Previous years' recruitment drives have shown that several hundred candidates appear for interviews in the Delhi region alone.
Shortlisted candidates are advised to carry their appointment letters, identity proof, educational certificates, experience certificates, caste certificates if applicable, and passport-sized photographs. Candidates are also encouraged to reach the venue well in advance as late entry may not be permitted.
The Delhi region of KVs includes schools situated in Delhi NCR and surrounding areas, making it one of the busiest recruitment zones for the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.
