The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has officially announced the recruitment of 200 security guards across its operations in the state. The corporation has opened the online application window for candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria.

Security personnel play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of passengers, bus stands, depots, and fleet assets under KSRTC's vast network. With the expansion of routes and increasing passenger footfall, the corporation felt the need to bolster its security workforce by filling these 200 vacancies.

The application process is entirely digital, and candidates are advised to apply through the official KSRTC careers portal before the deadline. The corporation has typically required applicants to have passed at least the 10th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Physical fitness standards and age limits as per government norms also apply for this category of recruitment.

Shortlisted candidates will likely be called for a physical efficiency test, document verification, and possibly a written examination, depending on the recruitment rules framed by the department. Final selection will be made based on the cumulative performance in these stages.

KSRTC, one of the largest transport corporations in India, operates thousands of buses across Kerala and has been consistently expanding its services. Previous recruitment drives for similar posts have seen thousands of applicants, reflecting strong public interest in government transport sector employment.

Candidates who wish to apply are urged to keep their educational certificates, identity proofs, and photographs ready before filling out the online form. Any misrepresentation of information at any stage may lead to disqualification.
