The Karnataka state government has announced a major recruitment drive under the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) scheme, inviting applications for positions of Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers. The recruitment is being conducted by the Department of Women and Child Development, Karnataka, aiming to strengthen early childhood care and nutrition services across rural and urban areas of the state.
According to official notifications, a total of 223 posts are available under this recruitment cycle. The positions include both Anganwadi Workers, who serve as the primary functionaries at anganwadi centres, and Anganwadi Helpers, who assist workers in daily operations.
