The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has officially declared the result for the Karnataka Civil Police Constable recruitment 2026, clearing the way for thousands of aspirants across the state to learn their fate. The final merit list has been published on the official recruitment website at kearecruitment.karnataka.gov.in, and candidates are advised to check their scores and roll numbers before taking the next steps.
The recruitment drive was conducted to fill Constable vacancies in the Karnataka State Civil Police Force, one of the most sought-after government employment opportunities in the state. The selection process included a written examination, physical efficiency test, and medical examination, followed by document verification. The final merit list has been prepared based on the cumulative performance of candidates across all stages.
Thousands of candidates who appeared for the exam will now be able to view their results online using their registration details. KEA has also indicated that the list will include category-wise cutoff marks and seat allocation information, enabling candidates to understand where they stand relative to reservation categories such as General, OBC, SC, and ST.
The result announcement comes after a prolonged waiting period during which candidates closely followed developments regarding the exam timeline and answer key releases. The Police Department had earlier released the provisional answer key and subsequent scorecards before compiling the final merit list.
Candidates whose names appear on the merit list will proceed to the document verification and final appointment process. Those who do not qualify may consider reappearance in future recruitment cycles. KEA has urged all candidates to verify their details carefully and report any discrepancies immediately through the official grievance portal.
