The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has officially notified an open recruitment drive for Post Graduate Teacher positions across government and government-aided schools in the National Capital. A total of 3,352 vacant posts have been identified for filling through this recruitment cycle, making it one of the most significant teaching recruitment announcements for the current academic cycle.
Candidates interested in applying can submit their applications through the official DSSSB website, dsssb.delhi.gov.in. The board has released a detailed notification outlining the subject-wise distribution of posts, which includes PGT roles across disciplines such as History, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Physical Education, Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Science, Accountancy, and other subjects.
Eligibility criteria require candidates to hold a Master's degree in the relevant subject along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree or equivalent teaching qualification. Candidates belonging to reserved categories may also be considered as per prevailing reservation policies. Age relaxation provisions are applicable for SC, ST, OBC, and other eligible categories as per government norms.
