The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has officially announced its 2026 recruitment drive, opening applications for a staggering 1,979 vacant positions across various groups and departments within the National Capital Territory. The notification, published in the official DSSSB portal, indicates that candidates can apply online for posts spread across Group C and Group B (Non-Gazetted) categories, covering roles in education, administration, healthcare, technical services, and supporting staff positions across Delhi government departments.
The recruitment cycle is expected to follow the standard DSSSB selection process, which typically involves a written examination conducted by the board, followed by document verification and final merit list preparation. While the detailed post-wise breakdown has been released in the official notification, the board has confirmed that eligible candidates from across India can submit their applications through the online portal.
Separately, the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has also initiated its own recruitment drive for the Community Health and Technical Services (CTS) department. The TNPSC notification invites applications for 170 posts primarily related to interview-based recruitment, including positions such as Nurses, Lab Technicians, Pharmacists, and other medical and paramedical staff deployed across government health facilities in the state. These positions were previously filled through direct interview processes under the CTS framework.
