The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the Delhi Police Physical Test Admit Card 2026 for candidates who qualified in the written examination phase. Aspirants appearing for the Delhi Police Constable recruitment can now download their detailed permit documents from the official SSC portal at ssc.gov.in.
The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT) for Delhi Police Constable posts are set to begin on July 25, 2026. These tests are a mandatory stage in the selection process for all valid candidates who have cleared the computer-based written exam conducted by SSC earlier this year.
According to the published schedule, candidates belonging to different categories — including General, OBC, and SC/ST — will appear for the PET at designated testing centers across the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The PET typically includes events such as the 100-meter sprint, long jump, high jump, and the 800-meter run for male candidates, while female candidates are required to complete a 100-meter sprint and an 800-meter run within specified time limits.
Alongside the physical endurance tests, the Physical Measurement Test will assess height, chest circumference, and other anthropometric standards prescribed by Delhi Police norms. Candidates who do not meet the minimum physical measurement criteria will be declared ineligible regardless of their performance in the PET or written exam.
Candidates are advised to carry their printed admit card along with one original government-issued photo identity proof on the day of the test. Any discrepancy in personal details on the admit card must be reported to the commission immediately through the helpdesk contact information provided on the document. Shortlisting for the physical tests was based on merit position in the SSC written examination combined with category-wise vacancy allocation for Delhi Police.
Successful candidates in the PET and PMT rounds will proceed to the subsequent documentation verification stage, followed by the final merit list preparation by the commission.
