The Bihar Staff Selection Commission (CSBC) has officially released the document verification schedule for candidates appearing for the Special Branch Constable (SBC) recruitment process in 2026. Candidates who have been shortlisted after the written examination and physical efficiency test must report to designated centers with original documents for verification.
The document verification is a critical stage in the recruitment cycle, as failure to appear on the allotted date may result in disqualification from the selection process. The CSBC has emphasized that only candidates with valid original identity proofs, educational certificates, caste certificates, and other mandatory documents will be allowed to proceed further.
According to the official notice, the verification process will be conducted at multiple centers across Bihar. Each candidate's admit card contains their specific reporting center and time slot, which applicants are strongly advised to note carefully before visiting. Authorities have also stated that no changes to reporting centers will be permitted after the admit card is issued.
Candidates are encouraged to verify their names on the final merit list before appearing for document verification. Any discrepancies in personal details or category claims must be resolved prior to the scheduled date, as corrections will not be entertained during the verification process itself.
The CSBC has further clarified that provisional admit cards are available for download from the official website, and candidates must bring a printed copy of their admit card along with the required originals and self-attested photocopies. The recruitment drive aims to fill several hundred vacancies under the Special Branch, and the commission expects high turnout during the verification phase.
