Recruitment examination conductors across several Indian states have announced the release of admit cards for a series of competitive examinations scheduled throughout 2026, impacting thousands of job aspirants nationwide.
The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has made the Assistant Section Officer admit card available on its portal, allowing candidates registered under the latest recruitment cycle to access their hall tickets by simply entering their registration details. Meanwhile, the Rajasthan State Eligibility Test (SET) admit card has been released through the state's official recruitment portal, and the Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSSB) has simultaneously made the Lower Division Clerk admit card accessible for those who appeared for that particular notification.
In Odisha, the Odisha Staff Selection Commission has published the Central Teacher admit card on the state selection commission website, enabling candidates to take printouts well before the examination date. On the other hand, the Bihar Public Service Commission has also brought out the Assistant Professor admit card for the preliminary stage of its recruitment process, with candidates directed to visit the commission's dedicated recruitment page.
Candidates who cleared the written stages of these respective examinations during the latter half of last year and early this year are expected to appear in the upcoming test cycles. The admit cards typically contain essential information such as the candidate's name, examination centre allocation, reporting time, examination schedule, and a photograph verification note.
Officials from these recruiting bodies have repeatedly reminded candidates to carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo identity proof on the day of the examination. No candidate without both documents will be permitted inside the examination venue. Several coaching institutes and education portals across the country have also begun disseminating direct download links alongside step-by-step instructions to help applicants navigate the online download processes smoothly.
The concurrent release of these admit cards highlights the continued enthusiasm of state governments to fill thousands of vacancies across teaching, administrative, and clerical roles. Education and recruitment experts consider the timely release of these documents a positive sign for transparent and efficient examination scheduling across the states.
