Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited, one of India's fastest-growing fintech companies specialising in prepaid payment instruments and expense management solutions, has entered into a partnership agreement with Bandhan AMC Limited, the asset management arm of Bandhan Bank, on September 18, 2026.

Under the terms of the arrangement, Zaggle will make its 'Zaggle Zoyer platform' available to Bandhan AMC Limited. The Zoyer platform, which Zaggle has been developing as a direct mutual fund investment interface allowing retail investors to transact without intermediaries, will now potentially reach a wider audience through Bandhan AMC's customer network.

The agreement is structured as a B2B contract with a domestic entity and does not carry a predetermined fixed term. It remains in force until either party decides to terminate it, giving both sides operational flexibility.

Notably, the financial structure of the deal is entirely variable. Rather than a lump-sum licensing or fixed monthly fee, the consideration Zaggle will receive is linked directly to the number of active users on the Zoyer platform and the actual spending activity those users generate. This includes software-as-a-service and platform usage fees. Because the final payout depends on real-time user adoption and transaction volumes, neither company has disclosed a concrete valuation for the agreement at this time.

Industry analysts note that the deal reflects a growing trend among Indian fintech firms to monetise their technology stacks by partnering with traditional financial institutions that lack robust digital investment platforms of their own. For Bandhan AMC, accessing Zaggle's Zoyer technology could accelerate its digital distribution strategy without the time and capital outlay required to build a similar platform from scratch. For Zaggle, the partnership opens a route to a larger customer base beyond its existing corporate clients.

Both companies have not yet released detailed commentary on expected timelines or rollout phases for the platform integration.
