The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has officially released the admit cards for the special document verification stage of the UP Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) 2026 recruitment process. Eligible candidates are required to download their hall tickets from the commission's official portal at upessc.up.gov.in.
The special document verification is a critical step in the recruitment cycle for over 14,000 TGT positions across various subjects in the state. Candidates who qualified in the written examination must appear in person with original supporting documents — including educational certificates, caste certificates, photograph proof, and other relevant identity records — for scrutiny before the commission authorities.
The document verification process is scheduled to take place on August 10, 2026. UPSSSC has advised all candidates to carry multiple self-attested copies of every document along with the originals. It was also emphasized that any discrepancy or failure to produce mandatory certificates may result in the rejection of the candidate's application at this stage.
Recruitment officials have stated that this special verification drive was necessitated due to the large number of qualifying candidates and the need to complete the selection process within the stipulated timeline. Earlier rounds of document verification could not accommodate all eligible applicants, prompting the commission to organize this additional special session.
Candidates are urged to verify all details on their admit cards — such as their name, application number, photo, and verification centre allocation — before heading to the venue. Any mismatch should be reported to the UPSSSC helpline immediately. The commission has reminded applicants to log in using their registration credentials to access the latest PDF of their hall ticket.
