The Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) Sangathan's Delhi region recently concluded its recruitment interview process for the 2022 hiring cycle, drawing candidates from across the country to designated centres in the capital. The interviews were organised at multiple venues spread across Delhi, with official notices confirming locations including the KV Samachar Bhawan complex in Vikaspuri, the KV Regional Office area in Dwarka, and the Kendriya Vidyalaya within the Rohini sector. In addition to these well-known hubs, proceedings were also held at other identified sites throughout the city to accommodate the large applicant pool. The recruitment drive covered a range of posts, spanning primary teachers, language instructors, and support staff positions that are critical to the functioning of the nationwide network of KVs. Candidates who had cleared the preliminary screening stages appeared for personal interviews conducted by an expert committee appointed by the region. The committee evaluated applicants on pedagogical knowledge, communication skills, and suitability for the roles, following guidelines set by the central department that administers the chain of schools. Officials stated that the multi-venue strategy was intended to streamline the process, reduce waiting times, and ensure that logistics did not become a bottleneck during a high-volume recruitment season. Shortlisting for interviews had previously been done through computer-based merit lists, with candidates' scores in written examinations and experience records factored into the ranking. Results of the final selection are expected to be published on the official portal, with successful candidates notified for document verification and posting according to vacancy availability across Delhi's KVs.
