A female biker in Gurugram has lodged a formal complaint alleging that four drunk men attempted to harass her on the road before deliberately colliding with her motorcycle, constituting a hit-and-run offence under Indian law. According to the complainant, identified online as Sia, she was riding her motorcycle when a white Maruti Suzuki Ciaz approached aggressively and attempted to overtake her. During the overtaking manoeuvre, the car reportedly made contact with her bike, causing her to fall. She alleged that the four men inside the vehicle were under the influence of alcohol and had subjected her to verbal harassment before the collision occurred.
Video evidence shared by the woman shows the moment of impact, capturing the car swerving toward her lane before the collision takes place.
